Pre-Shipment Inspection(PSI)

PSI is an essential element of supply chain management. It prevents the shipment of substandard, damaged, and non-compliant goods. Following agreed AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards, we check a percentage of the batch and give a clear pass/fail on the shipment.
During Production Inspection(DUPRO)

DUPRO provides the opportunity for implementation of the necessary corrective actions at an early stage, monitors the production speed and prevents delays on lead time. We carry out inspections mid production to make sure material & production are to agreed specifications.
Pre-Production Inspection(PPI)

PPI verifies your supplier is able to start the production on schedule and is useful in preventing the situation where your supplier substitutes cheaper raw materials and components into your products. Also, we inspect the first-article samples prior to volume production. This verifies that product specifications are being met and avoids unnecessary reengineering work later.
Container Loading Supervision(CLS)

CLS ensures your products are transported in the appropriate conditions and the quantity is correct. This ensures that proper methods are employed during product loading, and we verify counts on-site. We also inspect the sea container to confirm each one is clean, odorless and weatherproof.

1.Why do I need QC solutions(Product inspections)?

There’s perhaps no better way to avoid receiving substandard goods than by inspecting them before they leave the factory.

Inspection gives you the opportunity to find any problems and have them fixed before you receive the order.

And there are a few different ways you can conduct inspection.

2.What information does your inspection report include?

Our reports are very detailed, illustrated with pictures and cover the following:

● Product appearance (AQL), workmanship quality

● Product specifications review: quantity, material, color, size, measurements, labeling & marking,

● Packaging, packing, accessories, shipping marks etc.

● On site testing and special checks.

● Important remarks and professional feedback.

3.How long does it take to obtain the inspection report ?

For inspections in China, the inspection reports are sent within 24 hours after completing the factory audit.

If you need rush service, you can obtain same day reporting for a $30 surcharge.

4.Can I discuss with you in detail my criteria and my product specifications?

5.How much does it cost ?

Product inspection starts at US$298 (excluding travel expenses).

Product inspections are usually performed within 1 man-day.The number of man-days needed depends on the total ordered quantity,the complexity of your product and the number of references to inspect.While booking your supplier verification online,you will get a quotation before confirming your order.
